You bring demonstrated experience working with people who have complex support needs, including behaviours of concern.You are an excellent communicator who can build strong relationships and liaise effectively with internal team members, participants, families, community groups and external agencies.Have strong operational management skills and a proven ability to deliver high-quality services. You are a strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and can analyse, plan, negotiate, make decisions & prioritise tasks to meet service demands.Have knowledge of quality/compliance requirements across all services & ability to maintain compliance systems/processes to acceptable standards as directed by Ability Options’Have a current NDIS Workers Screening Check, valid Driver Licence and First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willingness to obtain).Have personal mobile device that meets our system requirements which is typically a device released in the last three years. The Role
